The use of masks is mandatory at all times, at the entrance, exit and during the show.

At the entrance it will be mandatory to wash your hands with hydroalcoholic gel that will be made available to the public.

Respect the safety distance and follow the instructions of the staff to enter and exit the building.

Attend the event well in advance to avoid congestion.

Box office :

  • From Monday to Friday: 11:30-13:30
  • Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
  • The box office opens in the afternoon on concert days

Tickets for people with reduced mobility (PRM)

To purchase tickets for people with reduced mobility, you must book in advance.

You can make a request by telephone (943 003000) or by email (tickets@kursaal.eus).

To manage the booking properly, we will ask for information about the level of reduced mobility, as well as whether the armrest needs to be removed and if the person will be accompanied by an assistant.

Tickets can be paid for at the box office or by bank transfer.
