Intellectual property

The source code, graphic designs, images, photographs, sounds, animations, software, texts, as well as any information and contents included on the Website are protected by Spanish legislations on intellectual and industrial property rights, in favour of KURSAAL, and the total or partial reproduction and/or publication of the Website is not permitted, neither is its computer processing, distribution, diffusion, modification, transformation or de-compilation, or any other rights legally recognised to their owner, without the prior written authorization of KURSAAL.

The User may use the material that appears at any given time on the Website solely and exclusively for personal and private use, and its use for commercial purposes or for illegal activities is forbidden. All intellectual property rights are expressly reserved for KURSAAL.

KURSAAL shall ensure compliance with the aforementioned conditions, as well as the proper use of the contents presented on the Website, exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it is entitled in the event of infringement or non- compliance with these rights by the User.

A.– KURSAAL may, unlimitedly and at any time, modify the information contained on the Website, as well as its configuration and presentation, without prior notice.

B.– KURSAAL undertakes not to carry out misleading advertising through this medium. For this purpose, KURSAAL undertakes to correct any formal or numerical errors that may be found throughout the content of the different sections of KURSAAL’s Website because of incomplete or faulty maintenance and/or updating of the information contained in this section as soon as it becomes aware of its existence.

C.- KURSAAL undertakes not to send commercial communications without identifying them as such, in accordance wit the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11th July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. For such purpose, all information sent to KURSAAL’s customers will not be considered a commercial communication given that the purpose of the communication is to maintain the existing contractual relationship between the customer and KURSAAL, or the performance of the tasks of information, training, and other activities inherent to the service that the customer has contracted with KURSAAL.
