Bach’s trip to Berlin in 1719, in search of a two-keyboard harpsichord, is at the origin of the famous Brandenburg Concertos. During that journey, Bach met someone who, eventually, would become the Marquis of Brandenburg. Released in 1721, the Orquesta Barroca de Sevilla commemorates their 300th anniversary by presenting three of these magnificent concerts.
